报告摘要:

Rechargeable aqueous Zn batteries (AZB) are being widely and extensively studied. In recent years, there has been tremendous progress in fundamental understanding, battery performance by rational design of electrode materials and electrolytes as well as their interface, and device architectures. In this talk I will explain some of our strategies to enhancing the performance of Zn based batteries, including Zn-Mn batteries, paper batteries, and self-charging Zn-polymer batteries.

Science is fun but writing could be pain. As the current Editor-in-Chief of the journal Material Today Energy, I will also share with you my 20-year experience in writing manuscripts. Detail advice includes figure preparation and language polishing (from title to reference, cover letter to response to referees). Examples of common mistakes by Chinese students will be shown.
